Free Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. No purchase necessary: send your name, address and daytime telephone number to “Sunshine NPN, PO Box 3, DISS, IP98, 1HH” and a promotional code will be played on your behalf. Only one entry per stamped envelope. No bulk or 3rd party entries accepted. Only winning entries will be contacted.
  2. Offer open to UK residents only, aged 18 years or over, except employees and their immediate families of Arla Foods, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the draw.
  3. Last date for receipt of entries is 14.10.06. Internet access may be required.
  4. To enter, entrants may register their promotional code online at www.anchorsunshine.co.uk, or by texting SUNSHINE- followed by the code to 82100. For example if the entry code is ‘ABCWXYZ’, the text should read SUNSHINE- ABCWXYZ. Texts are charged at your network provider’s standard rate.
  5. By registering, entrants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions. There is one top prize to be won. The first prize consists of a maximum prize fund of £250,000 (or local currency equivalent) to spend on the property including any incidental expenses e.g. any furnishings, legal fees, taxes applicable for the country of choice, any viewing trip(s) that the winner goes on to inspect the area and property of choice and initial family (of 2 adults and 2 children) travel expenses to help the winner purchase a holiday home in the sun anywhere in the world. It is the responsibility of the travellers to ensure they have all of the necessary documents for travel, including Passports, Visas, and ensure that the necessary health advice is taken prior to travel. See T & C 18 – 27 for further details.
  6. The top prize will be awarded to one entry drawn at random on 20.10.06 by an independent person from all entries received by the closing date.
  7. There are a total of 20,750 Daily Prizes to be awarded. These consist of 4,150 branded ANCHOR® Sunshine Umbrellas and 16,600 £50 off Thomson holiday discounts. Daily prizes consist of 50 Sunshine Umbrellas and 200 £50 off Thomson holiday discounts.
  8. Daily prizes will be awarded to entries drawn at random by an independent person, every day from 24.07.06 to 14.10.06, from all daily entries received to that date. All entries received by midday will be included in that day’s draw.
  9. Only one entry per code per day. Each entry is entered into the next available daily draw, all subsequent draws and the final draw.
  10. Bulk entries or entries via third parties will not be accepted.
  11. No responsibility will be accepted for entries that are lost, damaged or delayed. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  12. No cash alternative is available for the runner up prizes.
  13. The runner up winners will be notified by email, text or in writing no later than 14 days after each draw with instructions on how to claim their prize. Allow 28 days for delivery of Sunshine Umbrella. Main prize winner to be notified by phone and in writing.
  14. The winners may be requested to take part in any publicity resulting from the draw.
  15. Winners’ names and counties will be posted on www.anchorsunshine.co.uk no later than 28 days after each draw.

Property Purchase Terms and Conditions:

  1. The winner will be offered specialist advice to help them choose the holiday home destination which is most appropriate for their family needs. The appointed property broker (the Broker) Morris Properties Overseas and the Promoter will assist the winner in an advisory capacity and cannot be held responsible for completion and commitment dates by the builder and/or vendor.
  2. Morris Properties Overseas will help with any advice needed relating to the purchase of the property such as opening of bank accounts, obtaining NIE numbers and electricity and water connections. Morris Properties Overseas will arrange a solicitor for the winner in the chosen country, who will handle all of the fiscal requirements of the purchase for a non-resident from the overall prize fund allowance.
  3. If the winner chooses a property and would like a pool installed, the cost of this service will need to come out of the overall prize fund. Morris Properties Overseas will assist with organising of this without liability.
  4. If the winner requires renting out the property, Morris Properties Overseas will assist with finding a company to manage the rental of the property, or find a development with a guaranteed rental term.
  5. The Promoter and Morris Properties Overseas will appoint a UK based lawyer who will act on behalf of the winner for the purchase of the property and will work alongside the lawyer of the country where the property is to be purchased. All legal fees to be covered by the overall prize fund allowance.
  6. The Promoter has the right to refuse the winner to purchase their property in a country that the Promoter and the Foreign Office deem not to be a secure investment. Countries currently excluded from the promotion are as follows: Chad, Ivory Coast, Somalia, Afghanistan , Albania, Angola, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bangladesh, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Colombia, Congo, East Timor, Ecuador, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Georgia, Guinea, Haiti, India, Indonesia, Iran, Iraq, Israel and the Occupied Territories, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Niger, Nigeria, Northern Cyprus, Pakistan, Philippines, Russian Federation, Rwanda, Solomon Island, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Sudan, Uganda, Uzbekistan, Yemen, Vanuatu, Zambia.
  7. The Promoter’s decision is final.
  8. If the winner decides not to buy in the country of their first choice, any further inspection visits must be paid for out of the overall prize fund allowance. Any expenses over the agreed £250,000 prize fund must be borne by the winner.
  9. Where the winner has given instructions to purchase a property, a broker fee of £1000 plus VAT and disbursements will be deducted from the prize fund allowance should the winner withdraw from the property purchase within 30 days before the commitment date and/or opt to receive the cash equivalent whether or not in accordance with Term and Condition 27 below and in either case, the cash equivalent receivable shall be the property fund allowance less the broker fee and all incidental expenses incurred. Please see Term and Condition 5 for examples of incidental expenses. The commitment date is the date upon which the winner becomes legally obliged to purchase the property assessed in accordance with the laws of the relevant country in which the property is being purchased.
  10. Winners who choose the destination as Great Britain including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man, will be given the £250,000 prize fund less incidental expenses defined in Term and Condition 5 above as a cash equivalent. The Promoter and Morris Properties Overseas will not assist the winner in the purchase of a property within Great Britain.

Thomson £50 Online Discount Terms and Conditions:

  1. Online discount voucher applies to sun package holidays that are featured in either the Thomson Summer Sun, Skytours or Thomson Cruise brochures.
  2. Discount does not apply to flight only bookings, flight and hotel bookings, accommodation only bookings or cabin only bookings.
  3. Only one discount voucher can be used per registered email address / per household.
  4. Only one discount voucher is valid per booking.
  5. All discount voucher winners shall be supplied with a winning code. To claim your discount, enter your winning code in the Discount Code section of the Personal Details and Payment page on the Thomson.co.uk website.
  6. Discount voucher applies to new bookings made on or between 24/07/06 and 21:00 on 20/04/07 for holiday departure dates between 24/07/06 and 31/10/07.
  7. Discount off the price as displayed on www.thomson.co.uk at the time of booking.
  8. A minimum spend of £500 per booking (excluding 3% credit card charge) applies to receive £50 discount per booking.

  10. This offer is only available to redeem online at www.thomson.co.uk. Discount voucher is not valid for redemption in a Thomson shop.

  2. Offer only applies to overseas brochured holidays and cruises (excluding late deals and accommodation only).
  3. All discount voucher winners shall be supplied with a winning code. To claim your discount, call 0870 050 0648 and quote your winning code.
  4. Only one discount can be used per household.
  5. Only one discount is valid per booking.
  6. Offer cannot be combined with any other travel agent discount.
  7. A minimum booking value of £500 applies.
  8. Voucher is not transferable in whole or part for cash.

Sunshine Rewards Terms and Conditions

  1. Sunshine Hours tokens will be printed on special packs of ANCHOR® Butter, ANCHOR® Spreadable and ANCHOR® Lighter Spreadable. Tokens may be saved and exchanged for rewards. The number of tokens required for each reward are displayed at www.anchorsunshine.co.uk.
  2. Promotional packs carry different Sunshine Hours values per size of pack: 250g – 2 Sunshine Hours, 500g – 4 Sunshine Hours, 1kg – 8 Sunshine Hours.
  3. Sunshine Hours tokens will be issued on a time-limited basis. Last date for receipt of applications is 30.11.06.
  4. Sunshine Hours tokens cannot be exchanged in whole or in part for cash.
  5. Tokens that have been altered, amended, defaced, damaged or copied are invalid.
